2. Handles reservations to sell: hotel, car, insurance and all other services offered by the company to the client.
3. Follows up on queries.
4. Follows up on payments.
5. Informs passenger of rules and regulations concerning his travel.
6. Inserts and updates customers’ profiles into the system.
7. Ensures invoices are issued daily.
8. Ensures compliance on company’s travel policy.
9. He / She must be single point of contact for each client.
10. Reports problems instantly to the Branch Manager.
DEGREE: BA IN TOURISM, DIPLOMA IN TOURISM AND TICKETING
WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience.
SKILLS:
- Knowledge of the Company’s activities.
- General Knowledge in Geography.
- Ability to understand many areas of travel content.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Customer Oriented.
- Business and Telephone etiquette.
