Terms and Conditions:

The purchase of any travel services offered by Kurban Travel Services constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and Kurban Travel Services, and represents your acceptance of Kurban Travel Services terms and conditions set out herein. Please make sure you read carefully and understand these terms and conditions prior to booking.


Standard Deposit and Final Payment:

We accept checks, bank transfers, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Your payment is not deemed made until it is received by Kurban Travel Services. A nonrefundable deposit of USD 250 per person is required to make any reservation. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received by Kurban Travel Services and you obtain a receipt. Your reservation will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received by the option date provided. For certain departures, deposits may be required at time of booking to hold or confirm your reservation.

Final payments are due 45 days prior to commencement of services, with some limited exceptions as set forth below. If we do not receive final payment by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and retain your full deposit. We are not responsible for canceled reservations in the event payment is not received by the final payment date. Payment in full is required at time of booking for reservations made within the final settlement date of your vacation.


Cancellations and Cancellation Fees:

Standard cancellation fees:

a) 45-22 days prior to commencement of services 20% of total price

b) 21-8 days prior to commencement of services 30% of total price

c) 7-1 days prior to commencement of services 100% of the total price
